I am really looking forwrad to the new flat.OH paid the holding deposit as well now so hopefully nothing will go wrong with the references from our work about salary and my letting agent now.
Exciting news yetsterday. I had an e-mail from someone from a different company head hunting me! I have never been headhunted before. They said someone had told them I am really good...want to know who hehe. My manager said it was probably one of the contractors. I don't want to move so politely declined but I am hoping to use the fact they did that towards when I ask for a payrise with my current company.
Today is going to be a start cleaning the flat properly day ready for moving out. I am going to take a trip down the 99p shop and get lots of things to help clean. I am going to start on the kitchen. OH is working nights this weekend so don't want to start doing the bedroom while he is sleeping.0 -
ooh how cool to be headhunted.
It's so much fun when you move and the complex sounds great.0 -
Well I have spent all afternoon cleaning the kitchen and have only just finsihed. It has all been cleaned though, inside all cupboards, oven, fridge etc. Hopefully now it will just need a quick going over when we move out now.
I am now relaxing in front of the Tv and watching Titanic, haven't watched this film in a long time.
I spent a bit of money at the 99p shop today getting cleaning stuff and some sweets but not too much.0 -
you went for cleaning stuff and you came back with cleaning stuff ...... and sweets..... Lol I like it, I would have done the same.0
