Well just been down oxford street and bought myself a little treat of another summer dress. Was just going to get myself a cheap tenner one but found one i loved for 30 quid, so that is my little payrise treat to myself.
Also we went to Asda last night and seemed to buy loads! Half of it was clothes for OH though. He started his police training this week and he needs to wear a shirt and tie till he gets his uniform and he only had a couple. They have cheap ones in asda 6 pounds for shirt and tie so he got a couple of them and some trousers. He is going to be paying me back for all that though. We spent a lot on food though and didn't seem to get a lot. Freezer is full now though so have to trya nd eat what we have before we buy much more!0 -
Not much else to report today. I wrote another dooyoo review. Hopefully I can redeem my cheque tomorrow, have enough but they aren't all redeemable.
My interest hasn't appeared in ISA yet, maybe it will tomorrow.0 -
Had all my direct debits etc come out today and the good news is that I now owe my dad less than £2000 woo. Looks a lot better. Can't wait for it to be under £1000 now.
Got my interest on ISA as well which takes my overdraft payment to 211, so getting there!0 -

Lol I was just coming to tell you about that too. I've done my 10 and I'll reserve judgement on doing any others, as to whether I get paid and if the offer is still there lol0

Thanks guys!
Just had our pipe going into the toilet cistern explode and flood the bathroom and was dripping into flat below, no water now grrr. Landlord is looking at it in the morning. One advantage to not owning a property, don't have to pay for repairs!0 -
OMG bet that wasn't nice. That is the only bonus of renting.0

Hopefully is getting sorted this morning, landlord said he will come round anyway.
OH had to hold pipes together to get me a glass of water to clean my teeth with this morning.
Myself and OH were having a chat last night and as we have found out where he will now be working we are having to reasess the house buying thing. He might have shifts starting at 6am some days and it will take him far too long to get to work. The options I have thought of so far are:
- buy a smaller house nearer where he works (need to find out OK areas)
- rent for a couple of years and then buy later on
- buy a flat
Will be having a look at all the options.0
