Maybe I should, but as the contents are wrapped dust doesn't come into it. As for it being out of date, that's down to the company who owns it.

She didn't, but she does now that I have told her. The main point is they have not bothered coming out to it because it never gets used.

If you find your self in a place where you need a bag of crisps and there is only a vending machine you may use it. But if you have to go back to that place day after day, you soon learn to take crisps with you.

vending is a huge industry. I won't comment on the machines mentioned by the OP, because like others I share concerns that it's not that good.

I worked for a few summers for my step dad, who owned a company, and they sold shed loads of stuff, with massive margins.

I think your site is the odd one out.

Although I'm with you, I can't bring myself to spend 60p on something I can get elsewhere for 40p;)

We have vending machines in our offices... i'll very rarely use them because I try not to eat junk food and because the machines are expensive.

However the machines do get used quite a lot because a) we are on a business park with no shops around, only 2 sandwich shops about 10 mins walk away but they don't sell that sort of stuff anyway, b) the business people in our building are too lazy and too busy to walk for 10 minutes to save 15p....
