Mobile phone company refusing to honour cashback - anyone help please?

Also they have not paid any of my recommend a friends commission. I have written abouth this 4 times, once by recorded mail!!!!

I would never use this option now, always quidco.com!!!

I'm also having problems with e2save, after having used them successfully for 4 previous contracts.

My problem is very subtle in that both me and my OH have the same name and initials and obviously live at the same address and we both have contracts on the 3 network taken out 3 weeks apart. Both claims for the 1st cashback were submitted with the bill for month 4 seperate envelopes both recorded) and only one casshback was received. However, I'm being told it is my cashback and my OH is being told it is his. E2save won't discuss either of the 'other' contracts with the non interested party and can't see that we have a problem.

I'm just emailing their directors now as we speak.

I would ask them to tell you the cheque number!! It should then prove to them and the small courts, if necessary, that they have only issued one cheque!!!
