Question: British Gas been charging me the wrong tariff!

  • I've just had my first bill from British Gas. I should be on Click Energy 5 prices and they've just charged me some random figure. I've just spoken to an account manager and he says he may not be able to give me the quoted figures as they are not available on his computer. I've emailed him a copy of my contract and said if I've not got a reply within 7 days I'll postpone direct debit payments. Here's hoping.... will be £100 less and I will not be defeated!
