Hi,
I never used the CCCS, but all I sent off at the beginning of my DMP was a wage slip, income/expenses form and the signed agreement. I wasn't asked to prove tax credit info, I just noted it in the income form along with child benefit.
Can you not check your bank statement for the tax credit info?
Cocker:)
Hi - sorry didnt see the post earlier in the thread, i only get logged on about once a day now. CCCS said they would accept a bank statement that confirmed salary, child benefit and tax credits, but i found as soon as i changed my bank details with them they sent me a revised payment schedule that confirmed what they pay me each week so i'll send a copy of this off instead.

Hi Cocker,
Thanks for replying......as you say its a bit quiet on here lately. Well I shall soon have the answers I require on the 27th of the month. I have read some of the threads where people have had to reduce for one off months etc, but not where they have had to reduce for the forseeable future...if you get my drift.
Princess of Plastic....I can't answer your query. We did our DMP with Payplan, and they never asked for proof of income at all. We just gave our figures over the telephone.
Perhaps if this thread is bumped up again, someone will see it.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
I think it should be called the DMP support thread.....occasionally. !!
Good luck guys

Hello all, I will be joining the DMP-ers soon.
First (of many!) questions.
I have an Abbey Bank Account and a A&L MBNA credit card. Now I know that A&L and Abbey are both part of Santander, but not sure if MBNA own the A&L credit card or Santander.
So if I reduce payments with A&L MBNA, will I need to change to a neutral Bank Account?
Thanks!0 -
hi, i would switch so that you can have piece of mind that they cant raid your bank account.

Hi
We are on a DMP with Payplan, and all that I can tell you, is that Payplan advised us to open a basic bank account, which had no ties to any of our creditors. I would think that the same woul apply to you. Are you going with a DMP company ?

No, long, very complicated story......have done my SOA previously, am giving it a go on my own first and if it gets too much dealing with Payplan.0
