    Hi there

Got my CCCS envelope today and am putting together all the creditor's details to send off to them. I only have online statements for a few of my cards - can I just sent CCCS the details with the current balance? Also I do not have the paperwork for a loan, only the address and reference no. Will this be OK?

    Thanks for any help.

    WoS

I've got a Egg credit card which is online only and what I did was take a screen print of the balance so that CCCS could see that it was legit. The only problem was it didn't print off the full CC no only the last four digits so I would write that on (you would probably think of it but thought I would mention it anyway cos I had to end up ringing CCCS with the number!) :D

    Good luck :j

    Hi guys

I'm in the process of changing banks (although I don't know whether I'll be accepted) - is it easy to change banks? I'm just waiting to hear back from NatWest. My DMP is starting in April and if I don't get this bank account, I don't know what I'll do - but I've also been looking at these prepaid cards and I think I'll have to go with that if I don't get the bank account? Does anyone have any advice?

    I'm a little worried now.
Just want everything to be ready for April.

    Thank you in advance!!

    Hi there

I was worried about this and applied for a co-op cashminder account online, anyone can have this even if you are Bankrupt. I thought I had the basic account but they gave me the Visa card one with overdraft but I cancelled OD. If you go online now they tell you yes or no pretty much straight away. Another tip is tho the basic has no attatched savings acc online,if you sign up for this too,the two accounts merge together online ;)

We've got a huge pile of letters today, I'm slowly wading through them. So far COOP saying we haven't corresponded with them  have sent them the 'shut up you morons letter' that I sent Egg & CCA'd them too. CCA'd Next, who've just sent me a new catalogue (& charged the account for the privilege) - need to arrange to send that back.

Have two from dreaded MBNA (their cca deadline runs out on the 26th), saving those for later. Also on from Egg which should be a reply to our official complaint (I think Monday is the deadline for that).

NatWest are still being total !!!!!! - have sent a formal complaint to them (they've charged my account for cancelling a standing order) & I'm going into the branch tomorrow to get the charge refunded & close the account.

'Phone's still ringing a lot - particularly liked the silent/heavy breathing voicemails from Aegis
  • have sent them the 'shut up you morons letter'

I like the sound of that letter - might need a template of that :p

Just got back from a night away and my parents were staying at my house looking after my son. I forget to tell them about the phone calls and also forgot to unplug the phone.

Dad (aged 76) said... oh some foreigner kept phoning for you but because he couldn't pronounce your surname properly I told him it was a wrong number!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: He just assumed it was someone trying to sell something, gotta love your parents eh? :D
