I presume they sent it recorded delivery, otherwise it would be "what second phone..."?
You need to send it back recorded, and properly insured up to the full amount, otherwise they could claim you didn't send it back properly! The best way to do this is for THEM to arrange a courrier but at your convenience.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
