Get Phone Contract Even With Bad Credit - Has Anyone Tried This Site?

I came across the website from a FaceBook advertisement.
They can offer mobile phone contracts with free phones, even to people with bad credit, the website says that they give 99% acceptance.

It is aimed at people who have got bad credit but end up putting large amounts of credit on their phone becuase of pay-and-go.

Its part of Intek Communications.

Has anybody tried this site?

:mad: Bad Bad company i got a phone contract with them in Oct 2008 was told that it was an 18 month contract but when i received the phone and 2 wks later received a Carton Manifest the contract was for 2yrs by then it was to late for me to cancel the thing then in June this yr 09 the phone packed up so sent it back to them for repair they returned it to me on the 16Th June with totally different software from what should have been on there so i sent it back to them on the 18Th June with a note on what needed doing they returned it 5Th July with still the same software so yet again it went back on the 6Th July returned back to me on the 22ND July still not changed the software phoned head office awaiting there returned call i have asked for another phone as this is the 4Th time its going back does anyone know how i stand legally on this matter

If you want a contract with bad credit your best bet is 3, choose a cheap tariff and a cheap phone.
my credit is shockingly bad, and im currently unemployed and i was accepted by 3 a few weeks ago.
