One of my all time favourite cookbooks, not just beautiful to look at but great recipes too. Recipes from Finland, Cyprus, Greece, Italy, South Africa, etc reflecting her background. Faves include Ludi's chicken, Cypriot lamb with cumin, the individual baked chocolate puddings, the tomato pasta and loads more.

I ordered my stuff near midnight on 17th December and supposed that I'd missed the Christmas delivery as their website said to order by 1pm Wednesday 17th for a Christmas delivery...

OH phoned earlier and told me that a courier had delevered the stuff - how quick!! Itching to leave work so and put the boys to bed so that I can rummage through to pull out some bits for Christmas for them :j
