    It's going to be an interesting experience hanging round these boards in the coming months, as all the 'certainties' people have based their lives around start to crumble.

    Top post Broders,the majority are sitting on pots of 100k plus,expecting to buy 400k houses at 200k.
    And have also predicted this crash last year.........
