People like you cheese me off, i've tried emailing them and calling them, but after waiting on the phone for ages and emails bouncing I had enough. It was my childs Christmas present, which I ordered with plenty of time (mid Nov) and because of all the trouble he nearly didn't have a Christmas present!!

I was looking through the site to see if others have had problems, rather than type it out again i just linked to this thread.
