Take peoples advice and ring them or email them. Dont just make more threads linking to this thread.
People like you cheese me off, i've tried emailing them and calling them, but after waiting on the phone for ages and emails bouncing I had enough. It was my childs Christmas present, which I ordered with plenty of time (mid Nov) and because of all the trouble he nearly didn't have a Christmas present!!
I was looking through the site to see if others have had problems, rather than type it out again i just linked to this thread.0
