Wrong price in Asda

got 4 bottles of asda mixer ginger ale..
big sign " 4for £1" but got charged 4 for £1.50
so got refund and £2 gift card

I am fed up of being wrongly charged at Morrisons, I check my receipt now before i leave the store because i was going back two or three times a week.
It wouldnt be so bad if the girl at the till could rectify the mistake but you have to queue up at customers services and time is very precious.
Last night i was charged twice for a pack of breadbuns, she said the scanners were very sensitive. I could only reply that then the answer should be to make them less sensitive surely. And then she said it could be that a new member of staff is on the tills, then they need better training. Its not rocket science. They must be making a fortune out of people who dont check their receipts.

But I am happy to be overcharged in Tesco, just not in Asda or Morrisons, anyone guess why ;-)))))))

I suspect it's because if you get charged more than the price displayed in Tesco you are entitled to double the difference.

Was def worth it when I got overcharged on some disney winnie the pooh tommee tippee baby reigns, were £11.** but SEL said £5.** I bought 2, one for me and one for my sis, who, as strange as it is, was due on same day, and I was charged full price for both, took my reciept to customer service and was given £5.** back twice for each one so I got them for free Made my day!!!
