Had my Birthday yesterday was busy and stressful!!
Friend took me out to lunch (very nice) came home and was sick  . Had a scan to confirm dates and I am 13 weeks pregnant. Can't stop crying, think I am still in shock. Feel like I have let my son down as he wanted to take us out for a meal for birthday treat and to tell us he is getting married :rotfl:
omg it's all happening lol. Have not told many people about baby, have to have some tests and don't want to cause unecessary stress to family (they will worry as I have had to come off meds). Hubby is so supportive, I don't know how he puts up with me. He did think it was hilarious that for my Birthday tea I had a bread roll.
Sorry for long post, but thank you for listening.

Hi, every1 hope you all have a good day and make the most of it.
Rose07, hope today is a better day for you.
I'm going to try and keep busy this morning as everything is happening this afternoon and I can't face the thought of just sitting around for the next 4 hours.

Morning everyone
Been having a good few days this week. Had a few of those 'moments' where you think, oh yeah I can see how today is going to turn out but I've managed to stave off any lapses and spent some quality time with the girls, and get some little odd jobs done as well around the house - think the nesting instinct is kicking in slowly but surely!
Got to make a trip out in the car to get some kids bits and bobs this morning with DD2, then this afternoon got a Family Visitor coming round and we're taking DD2 to playgroup. Feel a bit spaced out as DD2 woke yelling last night so spent an hour or more curled up at the bottom of DD1's bed (they share a room) at about 2.30am until they both nodded off... In the end had to leave DD1 to it about 3.45am-ish as I can't get comfy now unless I stretch right out.
I'll try and check in later if I have a minute, hope Tiff is doing okay, and was wondering also about Shaz?
Jo

It is normal to sleep a lot. When I was first diagnosed and took antidepressants I remember needing a lot of sleep. Stress makes you tired too. Remember to stick with the tablets even if they give you side effects at first. Its well worth it once they start to work.
hi BB, you beat me to ithope all is well with you today.

BB and Sssssss -thank you.
I think i just need a lot of reassurance at the moment that what i'm feeling is 'normal'!! as for walking we live in the middle of nowhere!!LOL lovely and peaceful but at least 3 miles from the nearest shop and i definitely cannot manage that at the moment!
Lovely husband and daughter will do shopping etc and i'm going to try taking the dogs out this afternoon............
as for the tablets I PROMISE i will keep taking them!!

Well the day starts off as it means to go on...! Chucking it down, my shoes leaked taking DD1 to school, and to add to our money worries we have already (long story that I won't go into here) I've got to ring up the people I had our contents insurance with to demand they repay the annual fee they took out not long ago when I SPECIFICALLY requested when I took out the original policy for them last year not to automatically renew this year - and to make it far worse they did it at a really scandalous price that has left me nearly £200 short :mad::mad:Dealing with my debts!Currently overpaying Virgin cc -balance Jan 2010 @ 1985.65Now @ 703.63
