I am all grazed and bruised. =/
Katie knows why. I was walking back from the shop earlier, had a dizzy spell and lost my footing on the kerb and preceded to fall into a puddle in the middle of the road, which was full of oncoming cars. Luckily the car managed to break in time, but not one person stopped to help me or ask if I were okay, even though there were quite a few people about. Nice that! Now I can't move my elbow properly or my knees and they're all bruised. =/

And just as I fell, Sam text me. Great timing! XD

I'm moving either this weekend or in a couple of weeks time, depending on dates and getting stuff sorted out.
    I hate it around here.

    xx

Sorry to hear about your fall

My OH fell in the house on a wire as our agent arrived for an inspection, which was embarrassing and he cut and bruised himself. I fell later outside our son's house and also have cuts and bruises.

We will heal but it is embarrassing and it is tiring when you are in pain.

No. Nothing's happened. No reason. Just low mood. Can't seem to shift it. Have even been out this eve (evening class) for the first time in weeks and was ok (ish) whilst out but came home still feeling gloomy. It's like a grey rain cloud permanently hanging over me whilst the rest of the country basks in a heat wave. Had doc's appointment today and usually feel a bit better after seeing him (he's a very good GP with background in mental health and I have good relationship with him) but didn't feel any better after it. I suppose this is the worst thing about depression - the lack of reason, not knowing why you feel the way you do.

I've been doing alot of reflective thinking about life 'n' stuff over the past month or so and am going through therapy at the moment so it might just be a reaction to that. Best not say anymore on that subject.

I really feel like typing as many really bad swear words as I can think of but I'd better not do that either.

If it helps do it but it will be shown as *** *******

hi CC  how is your day going so far? Mine's been ok, had a trip to the supermarket, got a few bargains, managed to get some noodles on offer which is good because I was going to give them up since they've got so dear lately, also picked up the last bottle of C-Vit with 100% extra free :j

Oooh I love noodles. I find the 8p ones good too but good to get a deal as well.

    Stir fry tonight?

I notice you stay in Musselburgh - I lived in and around Edinburgh for 15 years, now back on the south coast:)

hi cc, and everyone else, how is everyone?

just got josh back to school, after his latest exclusion feels like he's hardly there at the moment, due to his disruptive behaviour.

me and ian have just booked a caravan holiday in great yarmouth for the first week of the easter school hols, so i'll only have them one week on my own.

still knittign for charity, but dont seem to have as much free time at the mo, especially wen son is off.

    hugs all

    Hi Shaz

Sorry to hear Josh has been playing up again. It's understandable you can't do so much knitting.

Still it sounds good you are going away around Easter - hope the weather is good.
