Abbey Business Account - Upgrade Chaos!

Abbey 'upgaded' all business accounts over a week ago. Since then thousands can't logon, and for those who can, like me, we can't make payments, move money, set up transfers - all the things you need to do with a business account. New IDs are being sent to customers - this may take 7 to 10 days!!!!!!!!!! For a business account !!!!!!!

I only just managed to pay my VAT bill by phoning at 07.30 (they open at 08.00) and waiting for over an hour to transfer the money to Gordo's collectors.

Anyone else suffering like me? I know of 3 other small businesses that use Abbey - however - Abbey state its a tiny number of customers.......
