3,T-Mob,Voda with inclusive x-net minutes who cant use 07744 numbers out of their inclusive minutes.All contract holders with just own network/and 01/02 minutes.Also all Payg users (Except o2 Payg inclusive minute holders) .Or mobile phone owners who have to pay through nose to call NGN numbers.Might find this new cheap call service from your mobile attractive.
Its from http://www.topupdiscount.co.uk/index2.php and you have to top up your mobile by £5 to get it. You then access it from a 020 number.Their is a connection charge of 5p a call.
