She has a stairlift in which was installed when OH's Gran lived with them, she seems to be drinking plenty of fluids but this has been a slow decline since she lost her OH 2 years ago. Although she seems to have suddenly become alot worse and is aware that she is having problems.

She only just told us on Sunday that she is frightened to get in the bath incase she falls and cant get out so she has been washing in the bathroom sink instead.

Maz - Only other relative is OH sister who lives in Wigan and is totally broke all the time so cant visit much as she doesnt have a car. OH works 8am-5pm Mon-Fri so its going to be me who has the backwash of it all:o

lou social services put in a walk- in shower for my gran.
maybe you should ring them and ask.
they should have an elderly services team

I am going to tell Linda off when I see her too..............heard OH giggling away in the office he had done one of those Elf Yourself thingies with my face.

I had to point out that he had gone a little overboard with the cropping as I had no hair or ears:eek:
