Did I ever tell you guys the one where the girl used one of those plastic breathe freshner strips for 'stimulation' on the advice of a friend??
Apparently it burned her 'lady button' really badly and she had to go to a docs and explain what she'd done :rotfl: can you imagine?!

So since you're all so interested, lol, did i tell you i am doing a 5k race on Sunday 28th December...! It's a handicap race so slowest runners first, so i shall be first off the blocks i reckon!!
Santa hats/fancy dress is optional - i have some Xmas deely boppers which i bought when out shopping with Beanie Lou, from pound shop of course,ever MSE!! Race is only costing £3, so figure it was worth it. It's the thing that's kept me out training in all weathers lately...
