    Lou, I would try the doctors.
    It may be that she just has an infection, or isn't drinking enough fluid.

    Does she struggle with the stairs, as often, people don't want to be up and down stairs to the toilet, so they don't drink enough.

    Hope she's ok, it is worrying, I know :(
