Sentimental Text - can I move it to my new SIM?

I have a couple of very sentimental texts on my phone but I am changing my SIM card and moving from Orange to Virgin. Is there any way I can move the text across to my new SIM? I am a very untechy person, so would need simple instructions. My changeoverd day is tomorrow so if I can transfer them I would need to do it tonight!

Any help from anyone would be GREATLY appreciated because I am a big softy and really don't want to lose my special texts!

    yeah just forward the texts from your old number to your new one, as if you were forwarding them to someone else. Hope this helps!

    I'm keeping the same number, but I suppose I could send them to myhubby, then he can send them back to me!

    or you could get a program called Mobiledit. This will allow you to plug your mobile into PC and transfer/backup the Sim contacts, SMS messages etc.
