My name is Sarah and I am a List-o-holic!
I have come to the conclusion that I am obsessed with lists. I have lists of what I need to bring to work. Lists of what I need to do when I get to work. Lists about what I need to do after work....
I can't sleep properly at night because I am thinking of what I need to do in the week ahead and find myself switching the light on numerous times to write something else I have just remembered I need to do in the list by my bed. I can never switch off!
I even have lists about what lists I need to do...
Now I think I have been relying on lists so much that I cannot remember anything without a list. My brain has turned to mush. If I go into a supermarket wanting a couple of things and, panic stations, I have forgotten my sacred list, I will come out with everything but what I originally went in there for. I think the reliance on lists has diluted my brain power. I am a slave to the list! I am useless without them!
Is anyone else a list-o-holic? (proud or otherwise? :T )

I love making lists, always have
It doesn't mean I actually DO anything but I love making them.
I really like making lists of payments and overpayments even though I am a dab hand with a spreadsheet I also just like the action of writing it all out - lol

I am a list-a-holic, so much so that I will write a list and even put on there things I have already done just so I can tick them off!
One reason I am very stressed at the moment is not having enough time to even do a list, never mind actually do the things on it.0 -
