Just wanted to recommend a company that provides excellent customer service. Been with them for broadband ever since i have been on broadband which is a good few years.
I was on a package which gave me a 2MB line with 5GB of usage a month. I went over my usage last month so called them to cancel as i could go elsewhere for a better deal. They offered to upgrade my line to 8MB and give me 26GB of usage! I have had mu broadband connected continuously ever since i have had it and have never been kicked off too.
They also have British call centres so you get to talk to someone that understands you and you can understand them.
