I think allowing 15 days and confirming you have checked your local sorting office, it should then be to the seller to either refund or replace.

well the item came this morning, not sure if its the first or second package the seller had sent, it had a date of 16th on it so it could be the second 1 she sent, didnt think it was needed to check the sorting office as the 1 that today was delivered through the letter box so im guessing the postie wouldn't have not posted it if it were to fit through the letter box
