I've recently been made aware of the Standard Life 'Select Property Fund' which can now be invested in by means of an Stocks and Shares ISA. This apparently is quite a new mechanism allowing investment in the property sector. Has anyone heard anything about this or got any views on it? The details can be found on the standard life website.

27th December had a rule change. It applied to virtually all property funds and other excluded areas.
So yes, you can now ISA property funds. This is not unique to SL by any means.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
