I'm having problems with the volume. It is difficult to hear incoming calls and I can't find a way of increasing the volume. Can anyone help?

not sure on this model but you usually push the top of the big button while on a call to increase vol

As drahcir says, use the middle navi button during a call and either press it up/down or light/right for volume...

RINGING VOLUME

1. Menu
2. Settings
3. Tone Settings
4. Ringing Volume

VOLUME DURING CALLS

1. just press the right side of the 4 way scroll key and that will increase the volume.
