...Linda xxIt's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -
Hello! Sorry, I haven't had internet access over Christmas

I have paid my Christmas bonus straight into my savings account, which I can't access. However I'm finding it very hard not to spend money and I think contacting the MDF is a good idea. The worst thing is I know I've overspent in the sales (even if some of the things were things I needed) and I feel really guilty as a result. Weirdly, more so about the new dressing-gown I actually needed than about the jumper I didn't really!
I have been selling some stuff though, but that makes me feel worse, because I know I'm doing it out of overspending guilt rather than a rational decision to get rid of stuff I don't need.0 -
Hey Mippy, little steps do add up. Do not berate yourself for the leaps you have yet to take, instead congratulate yourself for the steps you are taking

It doesn't matter why you are doing it, it matters that you are letting go of the things that you don't need and taking control of the situation. Sounds pretty rational to me!
