i havebought 2 phones of them before and come boxed and new, must clear all returns and old stock so if u r out of contract the phones r a bargain, however still locked to Vodaphone , one recently Vodaphone paid on my contractsim to unlock as was locked to pay as u go Vodaphone and contract sim didnt work
