18185 Tricks?

I have just registered for 18185 so that I can call their 0207 access numbers, I want to make another call within my first call and I tried in Vain clicking * and # and the calls just end after the first call hangs up, I can't just click the keys so that I get to input another number! (like it can in Simplyfone etc)

Am I doing something wrong?!
