Stealing from a shop would be theft, and is a criminal act.
Downloading a cracked version of TomTom's navcore & maps is copyright infringement, a civil offence, not a criminal act.

Before branding someone a criminal you should take the time to understand the law, and it's implications.

However, i'm not condoning piracy and I think cfphoenix made a mistake mentioning the piracy option.
