my partner got one of these, after going completely mental at a woman at televison x. (thats what wescot were collecting for think mgt limited is a billing name) it seems the debt is due. my partner swore to me he had never subscribed to a adult channel, they advised that if we were claiming fraud to go and gett a data release form then they could release all info , calls etc to the police. asked them to send me details of the account first. we received a letter today stating the account was set up in 2007, using the red button on the sky remote control and the debt was for breach of the 12month contract. also enclosed were copies of the welcome letter and a letter sent when the direct debit was cancelled. after showing my partner all this he came clean. he set it up on our sky box, and ignored the letter that was sent when he cancelled the direct debit 6 months into it.ive just called them and paid the bill, also had to say sorry for screaming at that poor woman.0

All too often people on MSE are trying to find ways to avoid paying money that they legitimately owe. Good on you for being honest, it is very refreshing to see! :TGone ... or have I?0
