I'll be watching this with interest ~ my daughter will be looking for a flat in that area in the not-too-distant future (or perhaps Ocean Village), so will be quite enlightening to find out the true cost of additional parking space.Total debt as at 22/01/09 ~ £3076.26

I'd pay to have a guaranteed parking space. I'm fed up of driving round my little terraced road looking for somewhere to park. I even thought about asking the man with the big house with garden opposite if I could buy his garden which runs alongside my road ;-)
