BT - good offer - or not?

I am on a rural exchange so fewer options. Following advice on these threads I have negotiated a better deal from BT. I have Option 1 for phone and Option 2 for Broadband. My latest deal was £22 all in. I am out of contract at the beginning of February and phoned BT again and was offered:
£15.99 for Option 2 BB, phone rental, free calls evenings and weekends to 01,02
£21.99 for above but free calls anytime.
This seems like a good deal - and I have always had a good service from BT so do not want to change.
Incidentally the BT staff are now talking about bundles which is progress in the past they did not.

Are you sure that the offer includes line rental?0

Yup I double checked, the BT person said it was not availale till 5/1 and involves a 12 month contract. Note it only includes the basic phone deal. At the moment I pay £22 for Option 2 BB, rental and free calls at weekends. I think it is a retention package.0

exchanges were BT dont have the monopoly on broadband are released from OFCOM pricing controls on BT internet, thus you can barter a deal out with BT for internetSO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe0

I wish I could barter with them, I have rang them twice in the last week to tell them I am moving to Talk Talk and they just keep telling me the BB is 15.67 plus line rental plus call packages - who do you speak to in BT to get anywhere??0
