I bought one of these:
Belkin High Speed Internet Modem Cable
http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/B00009RIPL/
However the end which connects to the dsl socket on the micro-filter is the wrong size, so I ordered a BT to RJ11 adapter on ebay, but that doesn't fit either!! Any idea what adapter I need to connect this modem cable to the micro-filter??
Thanks.

I've used both ADSL Modems and Routers. I've always had to use RJ-11 to RJ-11 cables to connect them to the filter. Does the RJ-11 end of your cable plug into both the modem and filter? If so, this is the kind of cable you will need. How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?

The original cable you bought is for old dial up modems which work via the normal telephone socket, not broadband 'modems'.0
