urgent help needed with bailiff please.

            Thanks for all the advice.
We contacted the council at 8.45 yesterday morning, told council what kind of things the bailiff said and that he refused our offer. As soon as I mentioned he threatend us with prision she asked for his name and mobile no and called him and Equita. She stopped him from turning up with his van to remove our goods. She also gave me an address to complain about bailiff.
Anyone that is in the same boat always ring the council they can help.i am pleased to report your i.q test came back negative0 -

That's great. Just make sure that you stay in touch with the council concerned no matter what happens, and make it clear that any problems you have are simply queries about the amount you owe, and they should be fine now.If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything0
