nearly 2 years of unpaid water bills

hi all i've finally got ymself together and started sorting out my bills. The one i'm tackling now is my water rates, which stupidly i havent paid for nearly 2 years so its now at £840. I phoned the water company today to set up DD for the money but they said its been passed to moorcroft. What are moorcroft like to deal with? i dont want another default or ccj on my hands! i could pay it off at around £100 a month, would they accept this?

Comments

  • Never had to deal with moorcroft myself.
As long as you make a sensible offer for a payment plan they will help.
£100 per month will be more than enough I would offer £50 and if they refuse that £75.
