Drivers will be able to download video footage from Highways Agency CCTV cameras onto their mobile phones as part of a 12-month trial.

The footage was previously only available to road contractors, the police and emergency services.

If you see the forbes.com story they said:

The service will be available on O2, Vodafone Group PLC, Deutsche Telekom AG unit T-Mobile UK and France Telecom SA's Orange networks, the agency said.

Cheers mate, I wasn't sure if it was anything to do with the networks or not, hopefully they'll be quick about sorting something out! :j
