Slightly off-topic, but I'm struggling to find a new broadband provider - let me explain...

We've used Primus and Heinz's excellent program for a while now, and we've been using Tiscali for broadband at 12.99 a month. It's only 1 Meg, and we should be able to get higher than that now. Trouble is, it seems most cheap providers around here will only bundle broadband with their phone services, so we'd have to move off BT/Primus.

Which broadband to Primus users use? Is it worth moving to Primus alone?

I'm actually thinking about moving to the Post Office for a complete package myself at £19.95 a month.

I was with primus for about 2 years . the good bits with then was the unlinited use . I did p2p gamimg the whole bit . The bad side is the support is things go bad , since there call center in india opened it's been cack . Also has billing issues . Granted the same could be said of anyone but I have now moved to a bt/ sky combo and so far have not regretted it

Charlie, if you would like to tell me the name of the exchange that your phone line is on, I'll check out what your options are and try to give you some pointers.

I take it that your line rental is with BT and you use Primus as the CPS provider - is this correct?
