What does this mean?
I have just got my first mobile phone (yes, I AM over 50 - actually it's my birthday today  ), it's a Nokia 2600. There is a symbol on the number 1 key, can anyone tell me what it means? I can't find any reference to it in the bumph (maybe I've missed it).
Thanks in advance

That symbol is the key you press and hold to take you on the answering machine/voice mail.

How do I enable or disable this function?0 -
I dont think you can disable the function as it is in the firmware of the fone. If you dont want to use it you could just dial the answermachine no. to get your messages0
