I chased my SimplySwitch cashback up via e-mail & received a reply saying "Cashback does take 60 days from date of application to be sent".
They should at least send you a confirmation e-mail stating this etc but you don't receive anything at all, not a sausage. I even forgot which company I switched through until I remembering sometime after. I think they're hoping more of us will forget since they'll get to keep £15 for each one that does on top of their commission.0 -
I sent Energyhelpline.com an email 4 days ago to chase up our £15 cashback since our switch took place at the start of Oct. Haven't heard back from them yet....0
