They do look like animated corpses don't they...

Have to say though, around this time last year I saw a girl in those shorts that were the in thing with the most amazing legs I have ever seen. - I would have stood in line along with the rest of the blokes twisting their heads off for another look:p

Said manager in her 50s thinks she's really classy - not sure how "too tight corset top with bits of flesh hanging over the top and sides" counts as a classy look, but there you go...

I wish those shorts were still in fashion, I've got a really nice checked pair (please note that I always wore them with opaque tights and NOT a low cut top like some people I saw out!)... and they do seem to make blokes go a bit wobbly... :o :rotfl:

They are, yes. I think they are getting used to the way of the Bunster-ie. loud, stupid, laugh at stupid jokes etc.

Hey, did you hear Santa went to the Dr and said 'Dr, I have a mince pie up my bottom' and the Dr replied 'That's ok, I have some cream for that'

    LOL!

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

I went to my son's school Eco Christmas fayre yesterday evening, The GCSE students put on a fashion show of recycled clothes that they had made, there was a Christmas Tree auction, fair trade stalls, hand made wooden tree ornaments made from a sustainable source. The kids had also planned and made food to sell, it was SO cold stood outside in the quad but the properly baked delicious potatoes with fresh chilli /beans were worth it.
Made me feel really Christmassy - me and 11 yr old son with cold noses and all wrapped up in scarves and coats with steaming jacket spuds warming us up from the inside while the school choir sang carols accompanied by the music teacher on the violin!
