Under the new regulations the exceptions to HIP requirements will not include 'portfolio' where some of the units are vacant:
Regulation 6 amends regulation 30 (exception for portfolios of properties) of the principal Regulations to omit the requirement that all properties sold as a portfolio of properties must be vacant.0
