Ah - thanks Moo! See - that's why I never dare venture near matched betting!! I seemed to get the Bradford City free £10 stake back though, it's definitely gone in at £13 something, whereas the Chelsea went in at £6 something....Start Date: 27/11/2010

HSBC overdraft is £106.96dr thanks to a £23.27 deposit from Bet 365 (thanks to Arsenal).
Bad news in that DH's car is going to cost over £800 to fix!! So that's going to have to go on the credit card, feels like the last four months of battling to get the HSBC overdraft down have been for nothing as this will add at least four months of payments to clear it off.
Was so fed up I just went round Morrisons without a list chucking everything in my trolley with no regards to the cost and found myself spending £92! Must reign myself in!!!Start Date: 27/11/2010

Oooh - OD is looking good! Shame about the cost of repairing the car - but just imagine the situation you would be in if you hadn't made some space on the OD !! Would it have gone on a CC?
Will drop in again soon, just as soon as work quietens down enough for me to spend more time on here! lol

Hi where is the "further" T&C's on Paddy Power?? I cannot see them. I have a free £10 bet and cannot see if its SR or SNR ??
any help?
Thanks:footie: SHOW ME THE MONEY :footie::dance:0 -
Sorry I've been quiet for a few days but I haven't had much to report. It was half term last week and my routine went to pot and I ended up spending loads of money and eating loads of rubbish food.
Anyway - I had a look at Quidco today and was delighted to see that there is £75.56 due to be paid out on Friday!!! Overdraft is at £106.96 + £4.19 interest to be added on 12th March, so that will leave me just £35.59 to pay off it from my March wage (YIPPEEEEEEE). I really had thought my big Quidco payments were all paid up, but I got £50 from Halifax Loans and £25 from Littlewoods Football Pools.
I still haven't rang EDF to discuss paying that £196 that I owe them...I suppose I will have to get around to sorting out a payment plan.
The RBS Credit Card came recently so I am just waiting for the next lot of credit card bills to roll in and I'll get DH to ring them and balance transfer. Credit card debts are like this at the moment:
Tesco (me): £2700
Tesco (DH): £1319 (due to putting car repairs on it)
HSBC CC : £931.15
Post Office CC: 0%: £1859
Natwest: 0% £2100
MBNA: £80 (ish)
So, if it's possible to do so, I need to see if we can transfer the Tesco CC's onto the new RBS card which is 0% for 13-months, and concentrate on getting the HSBC CC paid off.Start Date: 27/11/2010

Well, I have had a short, sharp shock this week as DH is being made redundant from his £27000 a year job leaving £18100 + child benefits me, as the main breadwinner until another job can be found.
Luckily my terrific and wonderful parents have said they will pay all my credit card debt off (obviously I have to pay them back). This just will leave me with bills and 4 x loans, one of which is due to be paid off in 12 months.
DH will get £6200 in redundancy pay and with a lot of belt tightening we can make it last 10 months at a push but I hope and pray he will find another job soon (he said he will do anything until the economy picks up).
So - plan for me is no un-necessary spending, and pay mum & dad back as quickly as possible. It's been a rude wake up call me for me, I knew all of my obsessive and un-necessary spending would catch up with me, and here it is.
I've listed an item on e-bay (which has a bid already) and I've made £10 cash last me, since I drew it out on Monday. I went to Morrisons on Tuesday and spent £5.13 on bits and bobs which got me 4 x evening meals. The freezer and fridge contents ARE running down though...
Quite frankly I'm terrified!Start Date: 27/11/2010
