This has just happened to me, I've just found out that Jacobs who are after me for ct have levied on a car that isn't mine (no idea whos car actually, its not anyones I know, doesn't seem to be anyone local to my area).

I hope you get a good resolution to this as this is disgusting intimidating behaviour.

That the Police didn't do anything either is even more disgusting. As far as I'm concerned, it's intimidation. Would it be any different if it was some kid throwing stones at your window trying to scare you? Or lying to you to get entry to your property? No. Disgusting.

Good i hope you get extra off them as well for the manhandling and it would be a very nice touch if a rival Bailiff firm went to his house in the morning to collect..
