i had some trouble with baliffs who was being bullys to my gf one day i was in when they barged throught he door i told him to leave and if he cam back id shoot him ........he hasnt been back since i arranged apyment plan over the phone and they only deal with us by phone now you see the thing with bullys is you cna beat them

and put in formal compliant to Bailiffs

they have no manners and lies out of there backside, they knew darn well I had that out of time in place

I'm really sorry to hear about this happening to you! your poor daughter, I hope she's ok.

I agree that perhap the police should speak to your daughter, it might reasure her to know that what happend shouldn't have and won't again.

Just thinking - saffronflowers had the bailiffs in a right tailspin last year - they have done a WPO/Levy on a car that she did not owned, that had been already scrapped on the date the levy was made!

So gove saffron a pm and see if she can talk you how she tackled things.

One of the bailiffs asked the police to do a pnc check as I said the car wasnnt mine he did and verified the car did not belong to me and they couldnt take it

This has been going on since 2005 28th aug

Its all a joke and now because herbie has taken the case the council have cancelled it completley

and putting in a complaint to the bailiffs and THEY HAVE TO RETURN ALL MY MONEY
