Jbw Enforcement Beware!!!!!

This company are plain bullies and will stop at nothing to gain entry to your home and take your goods.
They visited us on 24th of october and took 563.00 from us 100 on debit card the rest in check which we later cancelled on advice from our Solicitor.

I then contacted Bailiffsonline from which Herbie21 got involved and sent a out of time statuary declaration for a parking ticket if just 30.00 which I never got at the time nothing was attached to my car nor did I have any correspondence from the council concerned till 18months after the fact.
I then disputed this as I went through a red light the same day due to marriage split was in a right state.
The red light fine was paid so when I did hear from the council concerned I was most positive I had paid and My mum wrote the check for them so I had proof. I sent proof , Thinking this was what they were talking about, and heard nothing from them for another 18months then a visit from bailifs at 8am in the morning 24 oct 08. Sorry for all the confusion here.

then today at 5.30 am My daughter 12years old was screaming out as someone was throwing stones at her window we were all in bad and this went on till 6.00am, On which my hubby got out of bed opened bedroom window to see who it was, He was greeted with a man with a box and he said he had a delivery so went down to collect not thinking as the out of time declaration was in place and opened the door......... they then put there foot in the door and pushed myself and my husband so we cold not get to my car which they said they were taking, But couldnt as the debt was mine and its hubbys car.

Both bailiifs were very aggressive with all of us and also grabed my daughters arm too which is against the law. My daughter now won't come home she is staying with freinds as she is terrified.

The police were in attendence But did nothing.


On calling JBW office they were aware of this out of time declaration it was on my file But the bailiff said he had checked and it wasnt.

so today they took 530.00 from my eldest daughter in cash which has now been ordered to be refunded by the council concerned and a complaint now in progress.


PLease please if anyone has any dealings with these people DONT OPEN THE DOOR

They are thugs and i am shocked that the police did absolutely nothing at the rough handling of your daughter..i think complaints all round should be filed.

Horrible. Just horrible. I'd start with a complaint to the police, if they witnessed the assault on you and your daughter, they most certainly should not have done nothing. I don't mean ring up and rant at whoever answers the phone either, I mean make a formal complaint to a senior member of staff.

I'd also complain to the court that issued the warrant. If this was a magistrates court warrant and either bailiff was certificated (and one of them certainly should be) then see if you can find out which court issued the certificate and complain there too. This is absolutely shocking behaviour.

I am more upset my daughter of 12 won't come home she is absolutley terrified and still crying uncontrollabley sorry for spelling



Also they take the money quick enough But when asked to refund you have to bloody wait

I suggest that you ask someone from the council or the police to visit your daughter and explain to her that what they did is illegal.

Get on to the Police and report these a*holes for Assaulton a Minor.

Dont let them get away with it. the debt issue pales into insignificance against grabbing your Daughters arm.

Hope this all works out for you/ daughter. You should also make a Formal Complaint against the Police Officer who attended.
