I got a free version of Money with my first pc and used this happily for years until I gave someone a loan of the floppys and didn't get them back so I had to upgrade to 99 I think it was. I used this again for years on my own home accounts and also for doing accounts for several small business.
Earlier this year I bought 2004 and found it slightly more tiresome but just took a bit of getting used to. At this time I did look to see if an upgrade was available but no.0 -

Sometime Micros**t will provide a £10 off coupon in the box if you are upgrading from a previous version, thats what happened when I went from 97 to 2000, but no such luck with 2004.
