Tiscali- broadband not connected after a month, who to contact?

Help! I've been waiting for a month for Tiscali to connect my broadband and every time I phone up I get told that there's a problem with my order, but they can't give me any details and tell me to wait for a phone call from them. I've been waiting for weeks and still no one can shed any light on when I'll be connected.
Does anyone know of a phone number to call that can help apart from the call centre, or the email address of someone in actual authority who may be able to sort this out? The call centre people are next to useless and sometimes deny that I even have an order with them. I've just been told by another woman that I have a dial-up account still active with them at the property from 2005. I only moved in last month!
Any help appreciated, as I'm going insane. My business relies on the internet and I'm losing an awful lot of money every week that this goes on!

Mary Turner is the UK CEO, you could try writing to her at their head office.
Tiscali broadband is for domestic users, I would have thought that if you are reliant on your connection you should get a business account.That gum you like is coming back in style.0 -
and if you have a business broadband account, you shouldn't get it from Tiscali - the worst player in the business . . .
but to be honest, if they can't give you what you ordered, use a decent supplier - its as good as them saying that they don't want your money, as they can't be bothered to connect you0
