Telewest Bluyonder

I noticed that Telewest are doing 512K broadband access for 14.99 a month. Thing is, they're apparently upgrading their service so if you live in the right area (I think bits of London only at the moment) then you get up to 2mb broadband. I don't think they have any download capping for this either, so cheap as chips...

I'm tempted to go for it, I'll report back if it all goes pear shaped ;)

  • I applied, was booked to get installed on 17th but they had a cancellation so by tomorrow evening hopefully I'll be online!

    Fingers crossed :)

In the Northwest the cheaper 512mb won't be getiing an upgrade to 2mb only if you pay £17.99 you will get it, not sure if its the same were you live.

Have you a link for that info as they are doing a national upgrade that stays the same price, as I said I pay a couple quid more as I dont have a phone with em,,, also they dont cap.
  • http://www.telewest.co.uk/websales/product.do?id=227 gives you details of current deal (£14.99 a month fpr 1 year, no installation charge (normally £50), £10 credit for online order).

http://www.blueyonder.co.uk/blueyonder/getContent.jspx?page=bbs_evenfaster gives the details of where blueyonder is upgrading.

Installation happened today, polite and efficient, connected exactly where i wanted it, brilliant. Surfing at home right now, more than happy with this....
