On the choccy front - Mrs Kassi, I have a bone to pick with you - I had to pop to the post office after work to get some photos done for my new passport (more bloody expense) and in the bargain basket at the door - yep - Toffifee!!!

I've eaten [strike]9[/strike] 2 in the time it's take me to quickly read today's thread! They are a real childhood memory for me, haven't seen them for years.

In other news - remember that intermediate food hygiene course I rattled through the other night? well, I got my certificate and work are registering me to teach the foundation level course - and they've offered me a class already! It's a one day course at the end of Jan.

The eton mess, hob nobs and panettone went down a storm at the open day - I've never known myself to be so popular! :rotfl:
